How the 72 hours are counted.
Clear ground rules – zero room for ambiguity.
When do the 72 hours begin?
The clock starts on the next business day after BOTH criteria are met: (1) payment received in full, and (2) complete content package submitted (texts, images, logo, domain access).
Both criteria must be fulfilled simultaneously.
What constitutes «72 hours»?
3 business days (Monday–Friday), time zone Europe/Zurich (CET/CEST). Official Swiss public holidays do not count. Weekends pause the countdown.
Mon–Fri, CET/CEST, excluding Swiss holidays.
What qualifies as «complete content»?
The onboarding form lists exactly what is required. If a mandatory field is missing (e.g. vector logo), the package is incomplete – the countdown starts once everything is received.
Checklist is sent automatically after checkout.
Important: If you submit content incrementally (e.g. logo sent 3 days later), the deadline extends accordingly. The 72-hour guarantee only applies to full, timely content delivery.

Refund Process
Notify deadline breach via hi@rantech.ch. Full refund returned via original payment method within 5 banking days. No justification required.

2 revision rounds are included in the price. One revision = one structured document with concrete adjustments. Additional rounds: CHF 90 flat.
